SRJ Technologies Group (ASX:SRJ) said it is transforming into a full-scale Asset Integrity Maintenance provider, with the proposed establishment of its new global headquarters in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The move comes as part of the company's strategy to become a leading embedded asset maintenance partner to the energy, petrochemical, and industrial sectors worldwide.
The company's shares were down 6% in recent Tuesday trade.
