Salt Investments (SGX:FQ7) entered into an agreements with several investors for the placement of up to 2.8 billion shares in the capital of the company at SG$0.0025 per share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Sunday.
The company will raise up to SG$7 million through the said placements.
Proceeds raised from the placmenet will be used for business expansion, growth and development and to improve the company's liquidity.
