智通财经APP讯，招商局中国基金(00133)发布公告，兹参照公司于2016年4月25日刊发关于公司的全资附属公司—深圳市天正投资有限公司(“天正”)签署了关于云南金澜湄国际旅游投资开发有限公司(“金澜湄旅游”)的合资协议的公告。根据该合资协议，天正承诺总共出资2000万元人民币，并持有金澜湄旅游20%的股权。而天正按约定出资进度最终实际出资1000万元人民币。
公司宣布，天正近期完成了关于金澜湄旅游的股权转让交易。根据有关交易，天正转让了所持有的全部金澜湄旅游20%股权予金澜湄旅游另一股东，并收回股权转让价款约279万元人民币。
公司认为，转让金澜湄旅游股权可让公司及时止损并收回部分投资本金，对公司及其股东而言实属有利。
