International Entertainment Corporation, or IEC (HKG:1009), unit New Coast Leisure agreed to engage Kimberland Construction for Phase 2 renovation and construction works at a hotel and integrated resort in Manila, Philippines, for about 1.05 billion pesos, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The project covers upgrades to guest rooms, casino floors, and key systems, targeted for completion by end-2025, the filing said.
