智通财经APP讯，橙天嘉禾(01132)发布公告，于2025年6月2日(交易时段后)，卖方Golden Village Multiplex Pte Ltd(公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方Lion (Singapore) Pte. Limited订立买卖协议，据此(其中包括)，卖方有条件同意出售而买方有条件同意购买该物业，购买价为4800万新元(不包括商品及服务税，并可作出进一步调整)。于买卖协议完成后，卖方与买方将订立租赁协议，据此，卖方将向买方租回该物业。
据悉，该物业位于新加坡51 Yishun Central1 #02-01，现为集团于新加坡其中一间戏院的所在地。
公告称，经考虑集团目前的财务及流动资金状况，董事会认为出售事项将可让集团变现其于该物业的投资，并为集团赚取额外营运资金，而租回安排将可使集团继续在该物业经营其电影院业务，从而为该电影院业务提供稳定的经营环境。
