智通财经APP讯，中广核矿业(01164)发布公告，兹提述公司控股股东中国广核集团就2025年5月27日涉及其持有的股份的好仓(包括根据证券及期货条例被当作或被视为拥有的权益)由约57.01%减至56.98%的相关事件提交的权益披露通知。
董事会获中国广核集团告知，该权益披露通知所述的好仓减少乃由于中国广核集团的间接全资附属公司中广核投资(香港)于2025年5月27日在联交所出售股份所致。此外，据中国广核集团进一步确认，中广核投资(香港)于2025年5月28日进一步在联交所出售股份。紧随该等出售后，中广核投资(香港)不再持有股份，而中国广核集团根据证券及期货条例被当作或被视为拥有的好仓权益减至约56.43%。据中国广核集团表示，中广核投资(香港)以中短期投资为目的而持有证券为主要业务，该等出售的投资决定由中广核投资(香港)作出。
董事会谨此强调，据中国广核集团确认，中国广核集团对集团仍充满信心，且中国广核集团的主要持股平台中国铀业发展(为中国广核集团的间接全资附属公司)自其于2011年成为公司控股股东以来从未出售其所持的42.79亿股股份中任何股份。
