Odaily星球日报讯 Robinhood 已完成对总部位于卢森堡的加密货币交易所 Bitstamp 的 2 亿美元现金收购。此次收购为 Robinhood 的加密业务新增了超过 50 项牌照与注册资质，并带来了成熟的机构客户群。 Bitstamp 拥有超过 5,000 家机构客户和 50,000 名零售用户，其主要交易量来自机构客户。Robinhood 表示，此次收购显著扩大了其加密业务在欧洲、英国和亚洲市场的布局。Robinhood 并表示不排除未来进行更多加密领域的收购。（Cointelegraph）
