Immunotech Biopharm (HKG:6978) Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer Wang Yu will step down, effective June 25, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Senior Vice President Zhang Jian will become acting CEO, the filing said.
The drug company will seek candidates for the CEO and CTO posts, it said.
