智通财经APP讯，正通汽车(01728)及要约人信达汽车(香港)有限公司联合公布，关连认购事项已于2025年6月2日完成。根据关连认购事项，公司按认购价每股认购股份0.15港元配发及发行，而要约人认购66.69亿股认购股份，总现金代价为10亿港元。认购股份占本联合公告日期已发行股份约66.58%。
紧接关连认购事项完成前，要约人及其一致行动人士持有8.43亿股股份，相当于公司已发行股份约25.19%。于关连认购事项完成后，要约人及其一致行动人士的持股比例增至公司已发行股份约(且不多于)75.00%(经配发及发行认购股份扩大后)。
