蔚来组织变革见成效,重复职能大量减少,不再“重复造烟囱”

  据媒体报道,蔚来一季度财务表现高度承压,近期在全公司各个业务板块进行“基本经营单元CBU”组织变革,减少重复职能,打破部门墙,不再“重复造烟囱”。基于CBU的目标,蔚来正在加速识别过程冗余,评估可以精简的成本和可以融合的组织。

  报道称,今年4月,乐道研发、供应链、质量部门改向李斌汇报;营销体系向蔚来联合创始人、总裁秦力洪汇报;原能源业务负责人沈斐担任乐道总裁,全面负责乐道销售工作和区域公司管理。乐道的产品设计与研发、用户服务与体验、营销活动策划和区域销售也进行调整,为乐道在管理上加码,在资源上加码,提高组织运营效率,推动乐道品牌加速发展。数据显示,今年5月乐道交付环比增长42.8%,乐道L60基于蔚来公司十年领先技术积累,超低能耗,超大空间,安心好用智能的产品实力得到市场认可。
