据媒体报道，蔚来一季度财务表现高度承压，近期在全公司各个业务板块进行“基本经营单元CBU”组织变革，减少重复职能，打破部门墙，不再“重复造烟囱”。基于CBU的目标，蔚来正在加速识别过程冗余，评估可以精简的成本和可以融合的组织。

　　报道称，今年4月，乐道研发、供应链、质量部门改向李斌汇报；营销体系向蔚来联合创始人、总裁秦力洪汇报；原能源业务负责人沈斐担任乐道总裁，全面负责乐道销售工作和区域公司管理。乐道的产品设计与研发、用户服务与体验、营销活动策划和区域销售也进行调整，为乐道在管理上加码，在资源上加码，提高组织运营效率，推动乐道品牌加速发展。数据显示，今年5月乐道交付环比增长42.8%，乐道L60基于蔚来公司十年领先技术积累，超低能耗，超大空间，安心好用智能的产品实力得到市场认可。
