Odaily星球日报讯 新加坡金融管理局（MAS）在 5 月 30 日一份文件中指出，即便加密项目通过开曼、瑞士等离岸实体发行代币，只要其核心团队成员在新加坡境内开展业务（包括持有公民身份或工作签证在新加坡居住），仍需取得《金融服务与市场法案》下的数字代币服务提供商（DTSP）牌照。 MAS 表示，这类运营模式同样可能对新加坡构成洗钱或声誉风险，因此将适用相同的合规监管要求。相关规定将于 2025 年 6 月 30 日生效，MAS 不会提供过渡期，未获许可即提供 DT 服务的主体将构成违法行为。
