【Circle已上调IPO发行规模和定价区间】6月2日消息，据彭博社报道，Circle Internet Group Inc. 及其股东已上调公司首次公开募股（IPO）的发行规模和定价区间，显示出投资者对该股的强劲需求。 根据周一向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件，公司及部分现有股东目前拟发行 3200 万股，定价区间为每股 27 至 28 美元。而此前，Circle 及其出售股东计划发行 2400 万股，定价区间为每股 24 至 26 美元。
