智通财经APP获悉，君实生物(01877)尾盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.92%，报22.6港元，成交额3.83亿港元。
消息面上，5月29日，君实生物宣布调整2022年定增项目，削减14个旧管线投入，集中资源加码PD-1/VEGF双抗JS207等6个核心项目，拟追加7.67亿元研发资金。其中，JS207为君实生物自主研发的重组人源化抗PD-1和VEGF双特异性抗体，主要用于晚期恶性肿瘤的治疗。
君实生物在公告中表示，公司此次部分募投项目子项目变更及金额调整，是基于公司发展战略、产品研发进展等实际情况做出的审慎决定，有利于提高募集资金的利用效率，优化资源配置，为公司产品研发提供了资金支持，有利于公司长远发展。
