消息面上，据央视报道，记者从国家烟草专卖局获悉，当前，我国电子烟监管体系再升级，从源头产能管控到终端市场整治，推动产业规范治理。近期，我国新修订《电子烟相关生产企业、批发企业烟草专卖许可证管理细则》，自今年6月起，所有电子烟生产企业许可证将标注核定产能，对产品质量、能耗、环保、消防、安全生产达不到标准、生产不合格产品的，坚决淘汰相应产能，积极构建电子烟全链条监管体系。
东北证券此前指出，公司电子雾化产品将在监管趋严、市场非合规产品淘汰出清背景下迎来增长修复，未来HNB业务有望伴随大客户HNB新品的市场拓展打开长期广阔空间。财通证券指出，公司进入新品产能释放周期。日本产品计划有望形成积极反馈，若欧美市场拓展顺利将进一步打开全球空间和公司长期发展的新曲线。
