BlockBeats 此前报道，5 月 31 日，SharpLink Gaming 向美国 SEC 提交 Form S-3 ASR，已与 A.G.P. 签订了 ATM（按市价发行）销售协议，根据该协议，可通过 A.G.P. 发行并出售总额最高达 10 亿美元的普通股。本次发行的绝大部分收益将用于购买以太坊区块链的原生加密货币 ETH，还计划将本次发行所得款项用于营运资金需求、一般公司用途、运营支出等。
SharpLink Gaming 曾签署证券购买协议进行 4.25 亿美元私募投资，Consensys Software Inc. 作为主要投资者领投，参与方包括 ParaFi Capital、Electric Capital、Pantera Capital、Galaxy Digital 等知名加密风投机构，交易预计于 5 月 29 日完成。
