智通财经APP讯，宝光实业(00084)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度公司权益持有人将取得不少于1亿港元应占综合亏损，而截至2024年3月31日止年度的综合溢利净额为4.73亿港元。2024财政年度综合溢利包括出售一间附属公司及出售一批钟表之收益5.44亿港元，若撇除2024年出售收益，集团2024财政年度的亏损净额为7100万港元。预期今天于2025财政年度取得综合亏损净额将高于2024年经调整亏损，主要由于2025年3月31日重新估值投资物业相关的减值损失(非现金)2470万港元及2025财政年度营业额按年下跌约20%。
