今日，蔚来创始人、董事长、CEO 李斌和总裁秦力洪回应了近期蔚来面临的多方面问题。李斌透露，当前舆论环境变化巨大，尽管批评声不断，但水军行为令人反感。

他指出水军运作复杂，背后有庞大的产业链，进攻和防守往往出自同一拨人之手，类似于电信诈骗。李斌强调，尽管难以治理，但希望能加大打击力度以缓解问题。为了防止水军干扰，蔚来直播有时花费不菲，甚至超过直播本身成本，最终不得不关闭评论区。李斌还表示，每月用于攻击蔚来的水军资金约三五千万，但具体资助者不明。

他指出，如今蔚来处于依靠自身管理走出困境的阶段，涉及多品牌、产品、组织、供应链及销售等多方面管理。相较于 2019 年，虽然当时更为艰难，但如今竞争更加激烈，蔚来需要以追赶者姿态努力追赶。
