Odaily星球日报讯 服务于印度但总部位于新加坡的加密货币交易所 WazirX 宣布将其运营总部迁至巴拿马，并将母公司 Zettai 更名为 Zensui，此举是在新加坡高等法院拒绝批准其重组计划后做出的。 据悉，Zensui 已于 3 月 10 日在巴拿马注册成立，预计将在数日内接管 WazirX 的加密货币相关服务。此外，Zensui 将负责发行与 2024 年 7 月约 2.35 亿美元黑客事件赔偿相关的“恢复代币”，该代币旨在为受影响用户提供 75%至 80%的账户余额补偿。 WazirX 表示，不打算在新加坡或印度申请相关牌照，此次迁移被视为对新加坡日益严格的加密监管政策的回应。（Cointelegraph）
