NZME (ASX:NZM, NZE:NZM) appointed Steven Joyce as chair, effective immediately, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Joyce succeeds outgoing Chair Barbara Chapman, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 3% in recent Wednesday trade on the New Zealand bourse.
