Odaily星球日报讯 据 SEC 5 月 28 日文件，Meta 股东以近 50 亿票反对、仅 392 万票支持的结果，压倒性否决了将部分 720 亿美元现金配置比特币的提案。该提案由比特币倡导者、Strive 财富管理公司比特币主管 Ethan Peck 发起，曾对微软与亚马逊提出类似提案。目前微软已否决该提案，亚马逊尚未投票。 Peck 主张将比特币作为战略储备资产，以应对货币政策不确定性。虽然 Meta 此前涉足过区块链项目 Libra（后更名 Diem 并已关闭），但目前公司在加密资产上的态度仍不明确。今年早些时候有报道称，Meta 正探索使用稳定币在应用间管理支付。（CoinDesk）
