金吾财讯 | 中信证券表示，5月30日，香港特别行政区政府在宪报刊登《稳定币条例》，《稳定币条例》正式成为法例。另外，中证指数公司宣布调整沪深300、中证500、中证1000、中证A50、中证A100、中证A500等指数样本，渝农商行及沪农商行纳入沪深300。持牌发行机制得以明确，在牌照覆盖活动、申请持牌要求、储备资产规定等重要领域提出明确要求，该机构预计商业银行将多渠道积极参与稳定币业务。
该机构指，资金面是长逻辑，短期夯实板块估值下限；重估净资产仍是2025年银行股投资的核心逻辑。1）该机构认为，保险资金权益资产配置比例提升和公募基金高质量发展，均是长逻辑，短期效应在于夯实板块估值下限。2）重估净资产是2025年银行股投资的核心逻辑。财务数据看，当前银行资产质量状况平稳，对公贷款不良生成率下降，零售信贷资产质量仍需重点关注。对于投资而言，更重要的逻辑在于，宏观政策指向降低银行系统性风险的方向，有助投资者对银行净资产的重新定价，预计这是2025年行业估值上行的内在动力。个股方面，可把握两条主线：1）高性价比品种，选择2025年业绩增速有望高于可比同业、分红回报和估值空间占优的银行；2）中长期配置型品种，选择商业模型具备特色、ROE高且波动率低、市场预期差大的银行。
