智通财经APP获悉，长飞光纤光缆(06869)盘中涨近10%，截至发稿，涨8.34%，报16.36港元，成交额6.41亿港元。
消息面上，据市场消息报道，近日，长飞先进武汉基地一期已实现量产通线，首片6寸碳化硅晶圆成功下线。据悉，长飞先进武汉基地项目总投资200亿、占地面积498亩，其中一期占地344亩，达产后将具备年产36万片外延、36万片6寸碳化硅晶圆、6100万个碳化硅功率模块的制造能力。
长飞先进武汉晶圆厂总经理李刚在接受采访时表示，基地最新下线的6英寸碳化硅晶圆的主要应用场景是新能源汽车的主驱，“已通过车规可靠性标准认证，首批良率达到97%”。现阶段，武汉基地的核心工作是尽快完成产能爬坡，据李刚估计，到今年年底月产能可以达到3500片。
据了解，长飞先进武汉基地一期是长飞光纤光缆在半导体领域战略布局的重要组成部分。长飞光纤通过投资建设武汉基地一期，加大在碳化硅等第三代半导体领域的产能布局，旨在抓住半导体产业发展的机遇，实现公司多元化发展，提升公司在高科技领域的综合竞争力，进一步巩固其在相关产业领域的地位。
