据《路透》引述销售文件指，香港政府正计划发行多个币种的基础建设债券及绿色债券，币种将包括离岸人民币、港元、欧元及美元。
今年2月公布的最新一份《财政预算案》提到政府未来五年将每年发债1,500亿至1,950亿元，借款上限调升至7,000亿元，并拟于2024/25年度在“基础建设债券计划”及“政府可持续债券计划”下发行1,200亿元债券，零售部分占700亿元，当中包括500亿元银色债券以及200亿元基建债与绿债。(gc/a)
