Imperium Technology Group's (HKG:0776) controlling shareholder, Diamond State, placed a total of 141,540,000 shares it held in the company at HK$0.65 apiece to raise about HK$92 million, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares represent around 37.92% of the household and technology product seller's existing issued share capital.
Following completion, Diamond State's holding in the company fell to 72,888,488, or 19.53% of the issued capital, but it remains the controlling shareholder.
