新股消息 | 银诺医药港股IPO招股书失效
智通财经APP获悉，广州银诺医药集团股份有限公司(银诺医药)于2024年12月3日所递交的港股招股书满6个月，于2025年6月3日失效，递表时中信证券、中金公司为其联席保荐人。
招股书显示，银诺医药是亚洲第一家及全球第三家将原研人源长效胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)受体激动剂推进到注册审批阶段的公司。该公司的核心产品依苏帕格鲁肽α(商品名：怡诺轻)即将进入商业化阶段。自2014年成立以来，该公司一直致力于研究及开发治疗糖尿病和其他代谢性疾病的创新疗法。
截至2024年11月24日，该公司已建立一条管线，包括依苏帕格鲁肽α用于治疗2型糖尿病(T2D)的单药疗法及与二甲双胍的联合用药，其BLA均已获NMPA受理;依苏帕格鲁肽α用于治疗肥胖和超重，该公司正在中国就此进行IIa期临床试验并预期于2024年底取得主要终点结果;依苏帕格鲁肽α用于治疗代谢功能障碍相关性脂肪性肝炎(MASH)，该公司已就此获得FDAIND批准以展开IIa期试验，并将在美国及中国启动一项MASH多中心临床试验;及五款具有前景或处于临床前阶段且进入IND待启动阶段的候选药物。
