智通财经APP讯，ASIA COMM HOLD(00104)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得纯利不少于1800万港元，较截至2024年3月31日止年度纯利2600万港元减少约31%。集团预期纯利下降主要由于：1.集团投资物业重估亏损增加约700万港元，此乃由于不利市况对集团物业的估值造成影响所致;及2.递延税项调整导致所得税费用增加约400万港元。本年度收到政府资助约600万港元，减轻上述部分影响。
尽管重估亏损及税项开支影响集团的呈报溢利，但并不反映集团的基本贸易表现。集团于本年度之核心业务营运维持稳定，表现与去年度大致相同。公司主要市场的贸易状况一直保持稳健，集团继续维持令人满意的财务状况。
