药师帮(09885.HK) 公布，今日(3日)与越疆科技(02432.HK) 订立战略合作与业务部署协议，开启紧密战略合作，并已展开具体项目的部署。
双方决定建立全面战略合作伙伴关系，将以医药协作机器人、医药AI大模型、药品物联网技术等为核心，共同探索协作机器人及相关AI产品在药品研发、仓储、配送、即时零售、用药服务等领域的应用，推动机器人与医药产业融合升级。
在战略合作初始阶段，双方将率先于药店、药仓协作机器人领域展开合作。目前，双方已确定首个落地项目计划，已完成可行性论证、技术路线研判、技术方案交换、合适部署环境选定等工作，并已开始搭建测试平台。
双方在合作中将共享技术资料及合作中新产生的知识产权、商业秘密等。在约定条件下，越疆科技享有独家生产该项目机器人的权利，而集团则享有在医药行业独家销售该项目机器人的权利。以此项目为基础，依托各自优势，双方将在战略协议框架下不断开展更多新项目。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-03 16:25。)
