智通财经APP获悉，提供国防和空间站设备、并正在开发空间站的Voyager Technologies(VOYG.US)周一公布了其首次公开募股(IPO)的发行条款。
这家总部位于科罗拉多州丹佛市的公司计划通过以26至29美元的价格区间发行1100万股股票，筹集3.03亿美元资金。基石投资者拟在此次发行中认购价值6000万美元的股票(占交易规模的20%)。若按拟定价格区间的中间价计算，Voyager Technologies的完全摊薄市值将达到16亿美元。
Voyager是一家国防技术与太空解决方案公司，业务涵盖三大板块：国防与国家安全部门提供通信技术、制导导航与控制、信号情报及国防系统;太空解决方案部门提供空间基础设施、先进空间技术、科学系统及任务服务;Starlab空间站部门则计划打造接替国际空间站(ISS)的商业空间站。其核心合作伙伴与客户包括Palantir(PLTR.US)、美国国家航空航天局(NASA)、洛克希德·马丁(LMT.US)、美国空军以及Sierra Space等。
该公司成立于2019年，在截至2025年3月31日的12个月内实现营收1.48亿美元。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为VOYG。摩根士丹利、摩根大通、巴克莱、杰富瑞、美国银行证券、KeyBanc资本市场、野村证券和WR证券将担任本次发行的联席账簿管理人。预计本次IPO将于2025年6月9日当周确定发行价。
