June 3 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** Scandinavian property companies Pandox AB <PANDXb.ST> and Eiendomsspar AS <EISP.NFF> have jointly proposed to buy Ireland's largest hotel group Dalata <DHG.I> for 1.3 billion euros ($1.48 billion), they said.

** Toyota <7203.T> will take a group supplier private in a $26 billion deal, the companies said on Thursday, a landmark repositioning of Japan's most important corporation that signals the enduring influence of its founding Toyoda family.

** BP <BP.L> said that it had completed acquisition of stakes in two offshore exploration and development blocks in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea.

** Merck <MRK.N> has held talks to buy Swiss biotech MoonLake Immunotherapeutics <MLTX.O> for more than $3 billion, the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing three people familiar with the matter.

** Belgian healthcare real estate company Aedifica AOO.BR on Tuesday said it has reached an agreement to merge with real estate investment trust Cofinimmo COFB.BR to create the largest real estate investment trust in Europe.
