歌礼制药－Ｂ(01672.HK) 公布，5月29日(美国东部时间)，美国国际贸易委员会“ITC”就Viking的控告作出最终裁定，判决主要包括禁止进口公司候选药物ASC41及ASC43F，为期七年；及公司及其前法律顾问共同承担支付56.7万美元，作为案件中产生的程序争议之制裁金。公司创办人吴劲梓博士或公司任何其他资产均未受到制裁。
