【环球时报-环球网报道 记者 李萌】在6月3日外交部例行记者会上，有记者提问称，据报道，欧盟成员国2日依据《国际采购工具》（IPI）批准对中方采取惩罚性措施的决定，据该决定，中国企业未来5年将被限制参与价值超过500万欧元的欧盟医疗器械公共招标项目。请问外交部对此有何评论？
对此，发言人林剑表示，有关具体问题建议向中方的主管部门询问。我想指出的是，中方始终坚持高水平对外开放，坚持维护市场经济原则和贸易规则，主张通过对话磋商解决贸易争端。欧盟一贯标榜是全球最开放的市场，但事实上一步步走向保护主义，动辄付诸单边经贸工具，以公开竞争之名行不公平竞争之实，是典型的双重标准。
林剑表示，希望欧方恪守市场开放承诺和世贸组织规则，为中国企业提供公平、透明、非歧视的营商环境，推动中欧经贸关系健康稳定发展。中方将坚决维护中国企业的正当合法权益。
