Sheffield Green (SGX:SGR) completed the acquisition of certain assets of a training center in Las Palmas, Spain, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The company completed the acquisition of the Stier Training Center Business from Grupo Stier through its subsidiary, Stier training Services, for 1.4 million euros.
