智通财经APP获悉，三生制药(01530)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.75%，报19.86港元，成交额7.69亿港元。
消息面上，三生制药此前宣布，将其自主研发的PD-1/VEGF双特异性抗体SSGJ-707在全球（不包括中国内地）的独家开发、生产、商业化权利授予全球药企巨头辉瑞。根据许可协议，辉瑞将支付12.5亿美元不可退还的首付款，以及最高可达48亿美元的里程碑付款和两位数百分比的销售分成。
华西证券指出，三生制药合计控制三生国健80.88%的股权；同时SSGJ-707的此项授权交易获得的所有款项将按照沈阳三生70%，三生国健30%进行分配。该行预计，辉瑞将在年内支付首付款，增厚三生制药的税前利润约11.75亿美元；同时未来会获得潜在里程碑付款。
