Century Entertainment International (HKG:0959) said Ng Man Sun has resigned as chairman and chief executive officer, effective May 31, due to personal commitments, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Executive director Tang Ho Ka has been appointed to succeed Ng as chairman and CEO, effective immediately.
Tang, a former CFO of Shenzhen Zhongqi South Investment and ex-banker at Standard Chartered (HKG:2888), joined the board in March and was re-designated executive director in May.
Shares of the casino operator slid about 4% in recent Monday trade.
