财政司司长陈茂波今早(2日)在财委会上表示，会把握好中概股回流形势，目前已回流及审批中的中概股占所有在外地上市中概股市值逾80%，好有信心最终市值会超过90%以上。他指，在美国上市的中概股中，少数公司已占了绝大部分市值，因此为保障市场声誉和质素，好的企业当局一定会主动出击邀请它们来港上市，港交所(00388.HK) 亦有相关部署工作。
