Titomic (ASX:TTT) said Morgan Stanley and its affiliated entities ceased to be a substantial company holder on May 28, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The financial services provider became the company's substantial holder on May 26 after gaining relevant interests of about 101.1 million shares, or 7.6% voting power, a separate filing showed.
Shares of the company rose past 3% in recent Monday trade.
