罗兵咸永道(PWC，内地称普华永道)去年因恒大(03333.HK) 审计风波被内地处巨额罚款，继早前流失大量国企客户，及近期遭16间港上市公司解约后，本地传媒引述消息报道，证监会最近亦改聘德勤，料会在最新一份年报公布时披露。年报显示，证监会自2017/18年至2023/24年共七个财政年度，聘用罗兵咸为独立审计师。
此外，保监局自2015年成立以来八个财政年度，一直聘用罗兵咸为核数师，最新2023/24年度财报披露已改聘德勤；积金局则自2010/11年度起共十三个财政年度亦聘用罗兵咸，而最近2023/24年度财报亦已改由德勤核数。(ha/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
