DUG Technology (ASX:DUG) reported the first commercial deployment of its DUG Nomad product with BRB International, a Petronas subsidiary and global specialist in silicones, lube oil additives, and specialty chemicals, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
A single unit of the DUG Nomad 10 container, leased for three years at a total value of $355,000, will be delivered to Petronas' Research Center in Malaysia to support the development, validation, and marketing of BRB's range of single-phase immersion cooling fluids, the filing said.
The product leverages DUG's proprietary immersion cooling to provide high-density AI and high-performance computing to the edge. Housed in standard shipping containers, it offers plug-and-play functionality for fast deployment and on-site data processing, the filing added.
