Scope Industries (KLSE:SCOPE) unit Scope Manufacturers (M) has been served with a writ of summons, seeking to prevent the company from disclosing confidential information without consent.
An interim injunction was granted by the court on 28 May 2025 following an ex parte application, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.
The injunction is valid for 21 days, inter parte hearing is set for June 11 June, and case management scheduled for June 12.
The company will provide further updates on any material developments, it added.
