智通财经APP讯，濠暻科技(02440)公布，公司建议按合资格股东于记录日期每持有两股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份1.262港元进行供股，透过发行最多122,659,756股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目概无变动)，认购价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股2.51港元折让约49.7%，筹集所得款项总额最多约1.548亿港元。
供股最多净筹约1.53亿港元，45%用于补充集团的一般营运资金，55%用于在现有科技业务基础上的战略性扩展，以及发展新一代科技和业务。
