智通财经APP讯，汇盈控股(00821)发布公告，鉴于信永中和(香港)会计师事务所有限公司(信永中和)担任公司核数师的任期时长，董事会已议决不在公司将于2025年6月30日举行的应届股东周年大会上续聘信永中和为公司核数师，因董事会认为适时轮换独立核数师有助于维持良好公司治理并确保核数师的独立性。
经审核委员会推荐，董事会已议决建议委任柏淳会计师事务所有限公司(柏淳)为公司新核数师，以填补信永中和退任后的空缺，自股东周年大会结束起生效，并于股东周年大会后任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止，惟须待股东于股东周年大会上批准及柏淳完成接纳程序，方可生效。
