因此，根据公司经修订及重述组织章程大纲及细则第27(e)条，由不少于当时在任董事(包括薛女士)四分之叁人数(或倘非整数，则以最接近的较低整数为准)签署之书面通知，已于2025年6月2日送达给薛女士以终止其董事职务，自2025年6月3日起生效。
