【第三次举牌潮持续 险资年内举牌15次 银行股受青睐】金十数据6月2日讯，据统计，截至5月31日，7家保险公司共实施15次举牌，超过2023年全年举牌量，并接近2024年全年举牌数。这场从2024年启动的举牌潮已经持续一年多，且丝毫没有减弱趋势，去年至今险资举牌已超30次。2024年以来险资开启第三轮举牌高峰，华泰证券分析，举牌潮动力来自于利率下行环境下险资投资压力增大等原因，险资需要通过投资高息股来获取稳定现金收益，同时增加长期股权投资有助于获得稳定投资收益。总体来说，在最近两轮险资举牌潮中，银行股都是重要的投资标的。今年被险资举牌的12家上市公司中，共有5家银行。其中，招商银行、邮储银行、农业银行等银行H股均被二度举牌。
