华音国际控股(00989.HK) 公布，建议将公司之英文名称由“Hua Yin International Holdings Limited”更改为“China Changbaishan Resources Development Company Limited”，及采纳“中国长白山资源开发建设有限公司”为中文第二名称，以取代现时的名称“华音国际控股有限公司”。
集团指，计划将业务多元化，依托吉林省的优势资源，开发包括人参及矿泉水等业务。长白山是一座资源宝库，尤其是人参和矿泉资源最为著名；且目前集团已拥有“长白山”矿泉水品牌，对于集团发展矿泉水业务具备较大优势。因此，董事会认为，建议更改公司名称将更佳反映未来公司业务计划及发展方向。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
