今年5月6日，艾迪康控股正式签约对苏州元德友勤医学检验所有限公司与苏州元德维康生物医药有限公司的全资收购。这一战略举措标志着艾迪康在血液病精准诊断赛道完成关键布局，进一步强化公司在高端特检领域的技术壁垒与市场领导力。公司指，本次收购是艾迪康全集团战略布局的一部分，旨在通过整合优质资源，拓展服务能力、深化专业优势。
大摩近期发布研报称，规模较大的独立医学实验室（ICL）竞争护城河持续扩大，主要得益于其率先应用人工智能并强化高端检验能力，摩根士丹利分析团队预计ICL行业面临的一些挑战因素未来将会逐步被消化。鉴于艾迪康控股坐拥高于同行的业绩增长数据以及更加健康的资产负债表，摩根士丹利分析团队重申对艾迪康控股股票的“增持”评级，并且给予目标价10港元。
