路透社6月3日 - 美国铁路运营商诺福克南方NSC.N称，董事长Claude Mongeau周二以个人原因为由辞去公司董事会职务。
Mongeau 自 2019 年以来一直担任诺福克董事会的独立董事，并于去年 5 月被任命为董事长。他曾于 2010 年至 2016 年担任加拿大国家铁路公司（Canadian National Railway CNR.TO）总裁兼首席执行官。
该公司表示，董事会将在本月晚些时候举行的下一次会议上选出新主席。
Mongeau目前还是加拿大油气公司Cenovus Energy CVE.TO的董事。
