智通财经APP讯，宏华集团(00196)公布，公司的附属公司宏华海洋油气装备(江苏)有限公司(宏华海洋)与国内某船舶运营管理公司(该客户)于2025年5月28日订立合计金额超2.4亿人民币的船舶工程分项建造工程合同。根据建造合同，宏华海洋承担一艘科学考察船的分项建造工程任务，将向该客户提供船舶建造所涉及的生产设计、船体建造、部分设备采购、电气施工、涂装工程、船舶下水、设备调试、航行试验等工程内容。
该科学考察船具有国际先进水准的深海远洋多功能，服务于深海前沿科学研究和高新技术装备研发应用。公司认为，该建造合同的签订，表明宏华海洋成功进入高端科学考察船建造领域。在2024年深度参与中国自主设计建造的首艘超深水大洋科考钻探船“梦想”号后，公司将继续响应国家海洋战略，深耕特种船舶细分市场，强化在高端船舶建造领域的核心竞争力。
