大众汽车表示，随着该汽车制造商重组其德国业务以应对需求不均衡的问题，到本十年末之前，有大约20，000名员工将自愿离职。

　　大众汽车的人力关系负责人、管理委员会成员Gunnar Kilian周二在沃尔夫斯堡举行的员工大会上表示，这个结果表明公司的重组计划正在顺利进行。

　　“随着沃尔夫斯堡工厂的成本显著降低，以及大众汽车在德国六家工厂进行的对社会负责的裁员，我们正在加速转型，”Kilian表示。“目前已签订合同，约定到2030年之前将有约2万名员工离职。”

　　由于成本上升、欧洲需求疲软以及中国竞争对手的快速崛起，这家欧洲最大的汽车制造商正在削减其在德国的产能和员工人数。
