Exit Polls Show Lee Sun-mi Will Win South Korea's Presidential Election

BlockBeats News, June 3rd: On June 3rd, local time, at 20:00 on June 3rd, the voting for the 21st South Korean presidential election officially ended, and exit polls were subsequently released. After the voting ended, the exit poll results announced by the three major mainstream TV stations in South Korea, Korea Broadcasting System (KBS), Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC), and Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS), showed that the candidate Lee Jae-myung of the largest opposition party, the Democratic Party of Korea, will win the election with an overwhelming lead beyond the margin of error. According to the exit poll by MBC, Democratic Party of Korea candidate Lee Jae-myung received 51.7% of the votes, People Power Party candidate Yoon Seok-youl received 39.3% of the votes, and Open Democratic Party candidate Lee Jun-seok received 7.7% of the votes.
