Golden Throat Holdings Group Co. Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 3 June 2025. At the meeting, several proposals were presented and approved by the shareholders. These included granting a general mandate to the directors to repurchase shares not exceeding 10% of the total number of issued shares, and extending the authority to issue additional shares by adding the number of shares repurchased. All the resolutions were passed as ordinary resolutions.
